I generally don't care to go into a car shop and try to explain what's wrong with my car, because it's older and not in the best shape, but the second I walked in I felt at ease- the waiting area was clean and bright and everyone was friendly and helpful! I didn't feel nervous or embarrassed- they helped me out right away and I was so relieved.
