I've taken my car to both locations (the new Hillside location is much more convenient for me) for quite a few years and I'd trust these guys to work on it any time. Fast service and I know that they have my best interest in mind when they work on my car! I have an older car and I know there is plenty they could be trying to nickel and dime me for but they never do - they tell me honestly what needs attention and I have never had any reason to doubt what they recommend. Larry at the front desk always with a joke, making check-in a breeze and quick; guys in the back always work hard. They seem to get me in when I need to get in without problems. I was put off at first that I couldn't supply my own part for an uncommon vehicle. However, after I requested a recycled part, they were able to find one. Work was completed far below the initial estimate. I loved that I could make an appointment online and get updates by text. Convenient location and friendly staff. I had some car issues that needed addressing. I went to Woody's and met the owner, Sean. He gave me a very in-depth inspection of the car. Turns out I needed to replace the struts all the way around. He gave me a very reasonable quote. He was a pleasure to work with the whole way through. Even helped me get parts much cheaper than I was able to find. Sean fixed my car in a very reasonable amount of time. The price was very reasonable.
